Set Design

Hey Guys and Gals!

I know that there are many different approaches to set design and camera angles, but I was hoping I could get some input from some of the more talented interior design divas/gurus out there.

I recently did a lot of work on my room. Painted, got a new bedspread, furniture, the whole 9 yards. However something about it still looks..... off. I can't place my finger on it! It just doesn't have the professional, cozy, yet modern design I'm trying to go for.

Anyone up for having a Skype session to give me a few good critiques?

Feel free to add me on Skype or PM me!

I hang curtains behind my bed to give a softer contrast effect, and I have lights on either side of me... for example if I am the dots, my lights are at the end of my slashes... \../ with my cam right in between them. Try out different bulbs for different lighting effects - you can get cool and warm bulbs and they make a huge difference.
