Should I put my stream only videos for download?

Hi people! So, here's the thing: I put all of my videos on ManyVids as stream only (for making it a little bit more difficult to pirate) but a customer asked for putting it for download cause he's having trouble to watch cause it's "too much buffering". I never heard that from others, and he said that he wanted to buy more content but if it's stream only he won't. I already told him to check his internet connection, try to watch it in another browser and contact mv support, but he said it didn't work. What would you do? Is that a common thing?

I always had my videos set to download AND streaming, if possible. If you allow only streaming, your income will not be that great. That's the main reason I don't make much with my membership site, because it's streaming only. Some people's internet speed sucks, this is the truth, so they prefer downloading videos and watch them at their own pace. And these days it's easy to download the videos anyway using third party software, or to record the screen during a stream.
