Over the past month, Skype has been given Me technical issues. Two different customers who prepaid for shows tried to act as tech support but nothing worked. Often, the only thing to do is wait for days or weeks until Skype is operating normal.

Here's the problem. In my listing on CMD, I've specifically stated that if someone just wants to chat, it'll cost $20. A customer paid for a $20 and tried to help me for 2 days and like I said, nothing worked. The I was able to see and hear him but he couldn't see nor hear Me. When we spent 14 min. and 27 seconds chatting, I felt that he knew he was using up his paid time.

Skype suddenly began working normally a few days ago and now he's asking asking 'Remember how I paid but we never had a session due to video issues? I was your helpful troubleshooter."

Obviously he still wants his show but I'm actually a little uncertain about how to handle this. Should I add a disclaimer to My listing(s) or what. Time is money.
