Chat with the people that are there (ask them how there week/weekens is/was), DM a few regualrs on other platforms that I'm having a show. If its still slow after that I just give people a time to reach the goal, if they don't reach it within that time I will leave (but keep in mind to give them a reasonble time). I also keep repeating myself with things like "Don't be shy say hi" and "I will hide my boobies if you guys don't chat with me", most of the time that works for me.
