So I just came across this article about Snapchat now offering with the help of Square, sending and receiving money through Snapchat/text. The money part is mostly taken care of by Square.

I haven't checked out the terms of service yet, but if they don't have restrictions on what money can be sent for (which could get bad quickly), such as adult content, I think that this might be a nice option for indie campeople, along with anyone selling their Kik/Snapchat. What I'm thinking is using it like a tip menu for various kinds of pics and what not.
I hope this will be beneficial to the cam world. I'm going to look further into it, but if anyone has experience or knowledge of Square's policies, please share.
