Social Media Scheduler (queing your posts)

Right now, I just use a tumblr account to queue my tweets about month in advance. My twitter account then copies those messages onto facebook. Its kind of clunky though, it adds a URL to the tumblr post (which I dont want, its not an actual microblog), and the character limit is even worse than twitter. I know there are a few management systems that will schedule your posts for you across all social media sites (FB, twitter, tumblr etc). I doubt there's anything that works with fetlife, but that would be awesome too.

What system are y'all using, and how effective is it? I noticed that what I have already has really increased my video sales.
