Streamate and Confidential phone service

Hi, I have enabled this feature and put ’only in Exclusive’.
Is anyone using it?
Just thinking…how do you keep yourself on the phone while doing the show?
What difference does it make to simply the audio on cam?

I use it with a google voice number. On one of the Streamate interfaces, phone isn't an option, so I will give guys my google voice number if they prefer phone. I often end up putting the phone on speaker. I think guys prefer the phone when they are trying to be quiet.
