Not sure if this is old news but i definitely scoured the internet and couldn't find a straight answer so thought this might be useful to someone.
I'm mad new to streamate and only cammed once there so far. about a week after i did someone sent me a link to a video recorded off the site. i know this happens all the time with douches screencapturing and then posting but this seemed a lil diffrent. it was a 20min video that was clearly edited with a combination of me just chillin in the public room and 2 of my privates (one person each time). this lead me to believe either the invisible man had been there the whole time or i missed something in the fine print of streamates contract. i contacted them and this is what they had to say.
Hello,
The video you have found has been posted on one of Streamate's reseller's sites and is designed to drive traffic to Streamate and it's affiliated cobranded sites.
As explained in Section 9 of your Performer/Studio Agreement; content from Streamate may be used in all sales and marketing efforts.
We will gladly request that the video be removed, but we cannot guarantee that it will be. All we will do is email the site requesting that the video be removed, which we encourage you to do. The videos used in these promotions are driving traffic and surfers to performer profiles in great volume. Performers and Studios alike stand to benefit greatly from our marketing efforts.
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
Thank you.
BTW this post isn't meant to express any of my own feelings around this, just wanted to share facts. so if u don't know now u know
