streamate support issues

Hey ladies and gents

so I tried to open up a solo account on streamate and apparently they shut it down saying it was a duplicate account to my couples account

does anyone have any idea if there is a faster way to contact them rather then their support email.
I emailed them about switching my couples account to a solo account and never heard back and just got noticed the closed the application to the other account so now I am a little frustrated
