Hi
I see that i had a chargeback today 150 tokens from a User . It says something from „technical issues“ but he had no technical issues and he hasn‘t said anything about that during the Show. I‘m really sad right now, he was satisfied and now that. That is this so called „100% Chargeback Protection?“

Last year this happened to me on Cam4 and the support never answered my e-mail to give me an explanation. This is so called 100% Chargeback Protection.
