StripChat!! Is it me are they having problem with there exclusive private?

Since they added the option to switch from private to exclusive-private, both the member and I have a hard time to connect. The camera freeze or cant see me or i cant see them. This has cause me to loose customers and income..
anyone else??

yup same with me, everytime user have to restart own cam etc, total pain in the ass
