Stripchat Payment settings

Anyone else having weird issues with Stripchat payment settings?? Logged onto my Stripchat this morning and had the yellow exclamation on my screen. Told me needed to update payment settings so got email clicked the link says something about my account type needs to say personal or business. It is my personal checking account so did that. Than says beneficiary must be same name as on personal account which it is. Submit the information still showing yellow check mark. Been in this site for 2 years same info nothing has changed. Love the site but emailed support twice already they always very slow to get back to me. The week cuts off Saturday so if don't get resolved won't get payed next week. ANYONE else have this issues or reps work on strip can you help??

yah same here exept for me i cant even edit or change anything at all. dont even know if i can receive tkn rite now..anyway and yes there customer service take days to reply.
