Surgery recovery time

Anyone had a tummy tuck, breast lift or BBL? How long was it till you could start camming again? Any tips on hiding the scars (especially for a breast lift)

First off I would ask the surgeon about the recovery process, including scars.
Than follow recommendations.

I had boob implants awhile ago, I asked, I am also a boxer, so obviously I didn’t want to damage my substantial investment!
The surgeon was straight forward w practical suggestions and really pinpointed my recovery time for both cramming and boxing……and a practical exercise regimen that made it happen……
