Tax question (Stripchat)

Hi. My tax department asked me to declare my income of 2020 which I received from Stripchat. They want me to show them a contract to prove that I was an independent contractor and really received money for my work. I don't want to let the whole tax office and accounting firm know about my work, so is it possible to get a contract without really/directly saying that I'm "stripping"? They don't need any signature or stamp either, they only want to see some type of "contract" to show I received money from a company for my work. How can I get/make/ask for this contract? Any advice would be appreciated.
