Taxes

Anyone pay their own taxes with Streamates? My manager currently does mine but I think I want to switch over to getting a 1099 from Streamates. I understand this is what girls not affiliated with a studio do? Just trying to figure out if it's worth it, etc. I really need the money taken out by my manager vs the convenience of her doing the taxes.

I do mine ( well do them with TurboTax) I work oodles of sites not just SM and it still works. The amont of $ you will lose by having a studio versus doing your own taxes seems to be a bad bet but that is just me. I would imagine even if you hired someone to do them you would still come out ahead.
