Only in real life- with an slave I owned for a year... I dont know but when thinking about youre situation I think you need an agreement/contract with this person, stating he agreed and is fully aware of you using his money etc. When not I would worry about him changing his mind and turning you in for conning/stealing a creditcard.
I even had an contract with my slave which basically was a friend which I knew allready for quite a time.
