Definitely get a PC. I have a dell I bought last year. It makes streaming a breeze. In my experience laptops run slow for camming and are just not equiped to do everything like a PC can.
These are the tech requirements for LiveJasmin. At the time of purchasing my pc I was working with them so I used this as a guide. Streaming has been flawless unless the site itself has issues

Windows 10 64 bit, Mac OS X 10.15 or above. All with latest and all updates installed.
Processor: Intel 4th generation Core i5 @ 2.50GHz or better, preferably one with Intel QuickSync Video available.
