My strategy for dealing with timewasters and freeloaders is this. ( I cam primarily on Streamate) I click their name to take a note on them. I highlight and copy their text and paste it into my notes.
If they ask to see something for free - I post my tip menu and tell them to tip, and ignore them until they do, if they are behaving like a child. If they are dominating free chat, and killing the vibe- I kick them out of my room. If they become abusive- I block them or if they give me a bad vibe.
If they start doing excessive dirty talk I tell them they can talk like that to me in private, and I wait. If they continue the behavior, I kick. If they come back and become abusive I block.
Warning and kicking them first, has on occassion got me privates. I just go with my intuition and history of their behavior.
We teach people how to treat us.
With Skype- I have a scripted dialogue, and get straight to the point. I also make notes on them as well.
