I got really tired of putting my menu on the subject line. This is perfect! I never have to save what I wrote or remember my prices. They are always listed in my room! I don't know why I didn't think of it before. 
Thought this idea might help other people.
This can also be done for under a dollar if you grab a poster board instead of a whiteboard. I just used a whiteboard just in case someone came over and I needed to get rid of it quickly.
