I usually only follow back other sex workers, whether cam models, escorts, or whatever. I've done it with a few of my better tippers, and it does encourage them to spend time in my shows. They feel special. Remember though, that you are the star, and you're just sprinkling a little bit of your stardust on them (stolen from Nikki Night). They don't get gobs of your free time. The Twitter connection is just there to get them back to your show.
