Twitter DM's-- do you respond?

I went live camming for my first time last night and a couple of customers wouldn't tip or buy a private chat, but they were very chatty and friendly. I made the mistake of engaging them. Now they are DM-ing me on twitter. How do I politely say that $ = my attention?

"I'd love to chat so if you'd like to get a texting package that would be great!" Or if you're on a pay per text service be sure to give them the link.
Also set your Twitter where people can't message you unless you follow them and then only follow guys who are already customers. I know a lot of ladies will say I'm wrong about that but I personally have never gotten a customer from a random DM. I did however get a lot of dick pics before I changed my settings
