Honestly I did not see any real results in getting twitter shoutouts or being part of SW threads. It seems like most of the people seeing the tweets are other sexworkers and I don't think its worth the energy. There are some models that offer promo shoutouts on OnlyFans or other adult platforms. That seems best because at least you know that the following are already people that spend money on adult content. You typically do have to pay to get those type of shoutouts though and they won't always yield results. I think its best to invest the time/ energy camming and having that presence online.
