twitter problem

hey guys, this is driving me crazy for the past week. my design for twitter keeps getting reseted. i mean the background and text color. i go back and change it, and like seconds after gets reseted again. and so on. i can't get it to stay as i set it. is anyone else having this issue?
does anyone know how to fix this?

P. S. it happens on both my computers.

Twitter is taking away the custom backgrounds to give it a clean simple look.
