Hi so I am wondering the cam sites that don't send you w9 forms and they say you have to file it yourself, how do you do that without them sending you a w9 form ? Cause some camsites are paying from international countries I guess. Just confused how you will file your taxes without them sending a w9form at the end of the year. Thank you

You can go to irs.gov and download the W-9 pdf copy of the form there. The site does not send it to you. It is up to you to go get it, fill it out, and then send it to them via upload or snail mail, but never email. This is for only United States citizens. The site will have to send the cam person a 1099 at tax season as long as the earnings are over $600 by December 31st.
