Using splitcam

Hello everyone, Is anybody using splitcam? I have a few things that I don’t know how to fix. When I want to change scenes i can’t smooth it or have a nice change is it possible to do this? And sometimes when I change a scene my stream goes ofline (not on every scene but just one)
