Viewers threatening to hurt/kill themselves.

So, this hs happened to me a couple of times.

One time I had a moderator that I kicked out of my room-he went insane and started silencing and insulting and verbally abusing other viewers-telling other people that were in my room via yahoo messenger that he was going to kill himself and take pills because I kicked him out of my room. They felt the need to tell this to me. I got really upset and logged off. I wasn't about to let him back in to harrass other customers...particularly since he'd never spent a dime on me.

Then yesterday I had a regular come in and start telling me that he had come in to say goodbye to me and apoligize for being annoying in my room before he killed himself. Me being me I tried to talk him out of it. He then asked me if I would suck his cock if I was there to make him feel better and tried to talk me into giving him a free show on skype. I started ignoring him and he logged off. Not sure if his whole angle was a free show or if he just was that much of a loser.

I've had numberous guys come on crying about how big of losers they are and nobody will ever love them...blah blah. And that is super annoying but the whole suicide threat thing is scary. I don't know what I should do. I'm an orgasm aid not a therapist. On one hand I want to ban them. I'm not a suicide prevention chat room. However, maybe they are coming and tellign me because I'm the only person in their life that is nice enough to listen? I don't want to tip someone over the edge.

So anyway...advice? Help? Why do these people keep comming to me?

I think they are just attention seekers and you should silently ban them without saying anything at all.
If they are serious about killing themselves and they wanted to talk to you first, they would take you private. Then by all means, talk to them and try to reason with them.
You don't want people talking like that in your free chat room, whether it's true or not they are ruining the atmosphere and making potential customers lose their boners.
