Webcam „beautifier“ software

Do any of you know of a software with which you can use a digital makeup similar to the "FaceApp" app live? So something that runs in front of ManyCam and you have digital make-up or smooth skin on several portals.

I don't know if ManyCams can use OBS, but you can use SnapCam in OBS and apply any filter. It has a good skin smoothing filter.
