Webcam Camera VS DSLR Camera

Do any of of you stream with DSLR camera?? How useful would you rate them for making shows? Are they much better than webcams?

I bought el gato camlink, but doesn't work. With a camcorder it works but the quality is very bad, I used with a canon m50 it works for a moment the all is black. Anyway with the canon when I checked the video it was not good for my skin, I use a lot of make up, and with the webcam my skin looks good but with the camera ufff. I would prefer to invest the money I paid for the camlink in other webcam, I use logitech 920 and I am happy with.
