Webcam downst work in FULL HD

Do you use any special setting for make it work the webcam in Full HD? I have a 1000mbps on Download and around 700mbbps on Upload of internet logged with cable. Logitech BCC950 and the Logitech C920 HD but both doesn't work anymore on Full HD, i've tried using OBS virtual cam, Visit X and no splitter at all. The pc have all updates done.

I set the resolution at 1080p . That's all. And fps at 60. Bitrate at 10000.
I appear in HD+
