What do you do to keep yourself in good shape?

As for me, I've chosen going to the Gym regularly.
The hardest thing for me is that I need to stay away from junk food. As far away as possible . My diet is low calorie'a lot of vegetables, fruit and white meat. I'm trying to stay around about 1600 calories which makes me feel hungry all the time.

How do you keep fit?

I eat pizza... =S LOL but for real Ive never been the * Eat right * stay in shape type of person at ALLL.. But 1 month ago I saw something , how drinking a LOTT of water is super healthy... So I eat EXACTLY the same way I always had... Pizza ..cheese burgers and all that unhealthy stuff loll but I drink atleast 2L of water a day. Just doing THAT Ive lost 5lbs ( I wasnt trying to lose weight at all , I just did ) lolll and my skin is super healthy ( I lost the huge bags I had on top and under my eyes )
