What happend with adult sites? don't allow people from Balkan

Hello people
Did know anybody,why adult sites (ex.Chaturbate) don't allow anymore broadcasters from Balkan (Serbia) to work with?

This would be nice when someone from this site would tell me what happend....
Or somebody who know..I ask CB support,they,as always,don't explain me
