What should I do with an obnoxious regular?

I have a very rich regular who always comes to my room. He's really warm and he always tips me. But lately, he's been asking me personal questions and says he wants to meet with me. I felt a little scared and didn't want anything to do with him in real life.
What should I do? I don't want to lose him, but how can I get him to give up the idea of seeing me? Please tell me what should I do, thank you!

You can always say that you are not allowed to meet up through a camsite, it can get you banned so just telling them they are breaking camsites rules by asking.
