What to do for the first time(s) camming? How earning tokens works?

I'm transgender MtF. I've watched a few cams here and there, but when I get to the Trans section, everyone seems to be just masturbating. I am not quite comfortable getting naked in front of the camera on my first cam. What sort of things would help keep it interesting?

I've honestly never watched any trans cams but you don't have to do exactly as everyone else does only similar!
Let people know what you are willing to do, search around for different amounts to ask for certain things or come up with your own
