I had one of my best customers ask me to make a custom video of myself masturbating while I watched some porn of my choice. Because he is such a good customer I took a lot of care making it. So basically its me in front of a big flat screen TV with the porn on the screen showing and me getting myself off while watching it.
My question is, I have this really hot video now, that I can re edit to take out my customers name, but selling the video would violate some copyright laws I would assume. I have seen other girls who have made videos of a similar nature and have obviously gotten away with it, but my question is, would you upload it to ManyVids to try and make some extra money from a really good video, and if it were to come under scrutiny, what would happen? Would only that video be removed or are their more severe consequences like profile banning etc?
ManyVids has been very good to me as a place to sell content and I don't want to upset that. So does anyone have any ideas on how I could monetize this really really good bit of video content I have made without infringing on anyones copyright?
