There are always the cheap bastards out there that want something for nothing but what's the average rate when selling your Skype ID? I feel it should be $5 but I suppose it may also depend on the site you're working from.
In My listing for Skype, It's written loud and clear "BUY My Skype ID" yet, some cheap bastard dared to send an email asking for my Skype ID. Had he sent a tribute along with his request, I wouldn't have been offended. But to ask when you're on a phone site is every bit as stupid as the guy that once sent email asking me to phone his worthless ass.
