when you do taxes what do you put as your profession

Last year I did my taxes and when it asked for my profession I said Adult entertainer but now that I have to be handing my tax return to offices for numerous reasons it shows real big on there adult entertainer and my stage name and I'm not very comfortable with people looking at me side ways specially like the office at my apartment complex and random people at the bank you never know. So what do you typically put in the field for profession I'm thinking next year I will just put entertainer only and leave the adult and the stage name out.
