Working schedule and duration

At what hour do you start working ? And for how long? I start at 8 PM for 6h online. I am curious how other models are working... How many days a week? I try to be online for 5 days a week

For the last week, my schedule has been 9 am to 12 pm, 3 pm to 7 pm and sometimes if it's needed 9 pm to 12 am.

I get a full 7 to 8 hours of sleep.
