Working with another camgirl

Hi everyone, I haven't been on here in so long, hope everyone is doing well :)

My question is, i've taken a lot of time off in the passed 2 months cause I got breast augmentation, i'm coming back now and i'm super excited. Near the end of the month i'm thinking about bringing in another girl who i actually went to highschool with and just happens to also work on mfc to work with me for a weekend or so just to add something fun and new for my loyal guys who have been offline tipping for my expenses while gone.

I make 1000$ per day when I work and then log off unless it's coming in extra quick then i'll stay just to see what I can make. I asked her and she said she usually makes around 50$ before logging off. All money is good money so please nobody take this the wrong way!

Giving her 50% doesn't seem fair to me at all because we are clearly running our rooms quite different normally. Would I look like an asshole offering her 200$/ day? thats 4x more what she usually makes and i'll be making up all the games, providing outfits (she's my size) ect.

I haven't said anything specific to her yet so if you ladies think it would be insulting or rude to not offer 50/50 be honest, i'm trying to figure out the best most fair solution.

The first rule is that anything you can mutually agree to is fair.

So it would not necessarily make you an asshole to suggest $200/day. After all it is 4 times as much as she normally counts on. And you are also adding value by guaranteeing her a payout no matter how the session goes. Just keep in mind by the same token she is not an asshole if she turns that down or makes a counter offer. You are friends but you are also trying to do business together. Both those relationships are valuable and it's line best walked very carefully.

As an example if I were in your friend's position and you offered me $200/day and recognizing that you are the "headliner" so to speak, but also considering that I am adding extra value to your show by making it G/G which is a sensational draw.. I might politely counter offer with something like this:

Suppose you guarantee me $100 for the night, plus 10% of the first $1000 we make (works out to $200, if you have your usual night, plus gives you some protection if it's a "meh" night). We split anything over $1000 50/50 if it's a "stellar" night. (pretty fair as my addition to the show probably contributed to a really good night)

Everybody wins I think. Good luck to you both!
