Years ago I was working for a site that was paying models by the hour. IT was a nightmare. Yes I did get paid for it and I was happy to do it because I was deep in cam girl burn out. but the hassle of dealing with the company and talking with the other models just became a very toxic environment for something that is suppose to be a virtual office.
You should be very cautious of websites that are offering an hour rate to pay models there is always a HUGE price that comes with it.
Now that site I worked for is now a white label maybe a studio for streamate so that should tell you something of how well their plan worked out to have models on by the hour.
