I was super excited to try Streamate today just based on the reviews and feedback from other models. I took my headshot holding my ID with my logitech and click next. The next step is to use my phone to take the picture of my ID front and back. But unfortunatly my phone dosnt take good picture.It wont auto-focus, therefore you cannot see anything on my ID at all. The image is al blurry! And it look like there is no other way to do this.. Its sooo disgusting!! I went throught the same thing with mfc. I think they use the same sofware to verify ID.
any suugestion on how to fix this?
