Is DeliveryCode better than Amazon?

I would like to know your experiences about Deliverycode and maybe you would recommend me other wishlist sites except Amazon.

DeliveryCode is a scam. I have been trying to contact them about an item for half a year now (my fan spent more than $80 on it), and they never reply.
