Lovense Toy not connected with Stripchat broadcast

Hi, I am having issues connecting my Lovense App to Stripchat.

Never had this issue before but when broadcasting I tick the allow access button and nothing happens when usually the pink camera appears in the corner.
Still not working I cheak everything browser cache cookies clear phone reset lovense app update but not working.
Please told me what happened

Did you sync your toys with the phone app and with the Lovense extension?
