When a PM is read by a model, 2 green solid checkmarks show fairly quickly. What does it mean when the faded single checkmark remains for a long time, meaning the model has not read the PM? Does the model choose when to read and if so, is the model PMing with another member at the same time?

I think it works same on both model and user ends. Model may read message but if she doesn't tap on typing box the pm remains as unread/faded checkmark.
