For me the wait wasn't long. I was set up with a new account right away--it was the transfer of favorites, blocked list etc that took about a week. Sucks you haven't been able to contact BM they used to be easy to get a hold of but I was dealing with them last year

When I had to submit a new Id in January it took them almost a month to approve it. General customer service issues I have found they are much quicker at, usually a couple of days for a responce on those.

Make sure a date is visible. It can be any type of recent document or mail with visible address, name, and date. I used some junk mail that was mailed to me to be approved. I kept not being approved at first because there was no visible date on the documents I sent.

If this is for a member acoount, in you account settings you can adjust you daily limits if that's what you mean by balance. If you want to raise it higher than the amount allowed, message customer service.

Silly-sounding troubleshooting question: Are you logging in at Streamate.com or streamatemodels.com? There was a recent announcement that we shouldn't be using the main page to login anymore, so if that's where you're logging in, it could be the issue.
