I have personal FB, but when it comes to cam I just say I don't have one. If I wanted one i would make one, but it is too risky that someone would find it and share and it get back around to those that don't need to know what I do.

I don't think the site does anything about this. Really the only way you can distinguish if it was a real one or not is if the sound goes off and if the tip amount changes.
