Streamate required signed and faxed documents when I signed up? That being said, they accepted very clear digital photos of my documents and ID instead of faxes... but I still had to print out the forms to fill them out.

Imlive requires a photo of your ID, and you with the ID, does need to be clear, but not necessarily scanned. I can add the traffic is ok, usually.

Only ones that I know that don't ask for this is Chaturbate and MFC and I don't recommend either of those sites unfortunately
