I have to share this scenario with you all and ask for a bit of help. I'm at a loss here for what to do. I have this guy in my room who insists on trolling me every second of is day. It's like it's his job! Every time I am online, he's there too. He is a grey user and I cannot ban or silence him. He will just come back under a new name hundreds of times. He never gets bored. He started non-stop pming me recently too.
Thankfully one of my mods is a programmer so he was able to disable grey pms for me. This troll has escalated from slightly annoying to making me miserable. His insults have graduated from "filthy camwhore" to "please just kill yourself." I have emailed Shirley about the situation and have not heard a reply yet.
But here's the final straw. This "troll" is "hacking" and able to read all of my tipnotes. So he copy pastes them all into the chat. Super dangerous if there's anything personal in them! Also, very irritating if he's giving away answers to games we're playing. I have no other option than to turn off the greys. It makes me sad I can't run my room the way I want to anymore because of this loser.
