Adding Fanclub Pics To CGC

I have tried uploading pics to CGC and I check the box for fanclub members only but the pics still show up as public. Wrote contact have not heard back can anyone help me?

the last time i tryed was the same to me, Rutger said that all was normal, but did not work for me. Try to use a different browser who knowes works . Good luck
