Please forgive me if this has already been in another topic. So, I've been camming since the beginning of November. And I had a doctor's appointment today, and I have gained 15 pounds!! At this rate, I will be HUGE in no time! I know that I need to get out more. I have found myself almost never leaving my house now. Plus, it has been one heck of a winter, and that has added to it. Idk if it is depression, or if it is all lack of exercise. but I definitely would love some advice on how you girls/or guys incorporate physical activity in your life. First of all, I live in a very small town and we do not have a gym. I don't own any exercise equipment at the moment. I would love to get some/ perhaps when the weather breaks, i can start walking again. I'm just afraid I will keep putting it off, since I never want to leave my house anymore. I have also noticed that the past few weeks, I haven't been wanting to cam. I absolutely have to make myself, and I am just not into it lately. I loved it at first. I need motivation!! Please!

Well I am in a similiar situation. I am getting unexplained nerve pain in my left side. It might be causes with my breast being on uneven the large side takes a lot to handle. Plus I gained weight from my bipolar medication.

I live in a big city there are gyms at every corner but they are too expensive for me or I am just not in the mood to get up and go to one and workout and come back home. Takes a lot of energy for me to get myself ready to leave the house. So I have been looking into home gyms it might be my own options to exercise and the at home gym industry is huge so I know there are options.

When I was younger I never worked didn't think I needed to and ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted, but now I have to look at things differently. Everytime I go on cam and take off my bra and lean foward I totally hate my boobs. only way to get them done and looking the way I want is to save up and get surgery.

Winter time is different for everyone so if your feeling depressed you might need to add in Vitamin D in your diet, and exercise. those late night commercials selling some gym equipment or the shopping channels do have something for everyone.
