My Lush 3 won’t vibrate

I’ve set everything up with the lovense connect, browser & obs as per the guides.. but when I sent a test tip on Chaturbate it doesn’t vibrate at all. Any advice?

Hmmm. Are you using a specific app to do the test? Is the Lush charged up?
